They have a wide choice of activities and programs that focus on wellness, social activities, and lifelong learning. If their health needs change, they have unlimited access to our senior care services at virtually no increase to their monthly fee.

Our vibrant retirement community is in the heart of coastal Holland, MI, a charming town nicknamed the Tulip City, and known for the nation’s largest annual Tulip Time Festival. Within walking distance of our campus is downtown Holland, with a multitude of shopping, dining and entertainment spots, including locally owned galleries and boutiques.

The campus offers scenic views of Holland’s bustling downtown, the nearby Macatawa wetlands, and Windmill Island, where the 1761 De Zwaan Windmill — the United States’ only working Dutch windmill — stands. Residents can easily take a nature walk; bike along woodland trails; attend world-class art, symphony and film events; and pursue their love of learning at nearby Hope College.
